Poutine

Poutine is a potato and cheese dish that is popular in bars, pubs, and family restaurants in Canada. It is created by adding cheese (traditionally cheese curd) and gravy to French fries. Poutine is less common in the United States, but there are some restaurants in the U.S., especially in New England and New York, that include poutine on their menus.
