*****PR from Nashua, NH, says:
My husband and I went for a nice lunch. We sat outside to enjoy the nice weather. We ordered two sandwiches. As we were waiting our waitress walked by and asked us if we would like chips and salsa; we first passed and then when she walked by, we said that we would have some. Well we didn't know until the check came that she charged us for the chips and salsa. We waited for 40 minutes before our sandwiches came. Let me inform you they were not busy at the time either. We immediately asked for our check when our food came, paid and had to wait for change, for another 5 minutes when we paid by cash.
