*****dmm from Providence, RI, says:
I love this restaurant - it is the best pho restaurant in RI. All the food is extremely good, and reasonably priced. Friends I have brought have all become big fans. My favorite dish is 28A, a slightly spicy beef soup. Check it out, it is worth it.
