Does anyone know of any particularly good butchers in the Boston area? How are the prices? The service? Do they have any rare, unique, or exotic meats? [Go here to post a reply.]

Savenor's in Cambridge/Boston. Great products, often exotic, prices are what they should be.
Healthy Buffalo in Chichester, NH has an awesome selection of meats and flash-frozen.
John Dewar's in Wellesley also is very good.

Savenors on Charles Street. Apart from the exotic meats, they will happily sort through yards of pig intestine for home sausage maker.
