How Can Cardamom Be Used?
I bought some freshly ground cardamom from Formaggio Kitchen in Cambridge the other day, and ended up using a bit of it in a beef stroganoff dish that I made last night. The cardamom imparted an almost floral, citrus-type flavor and smell to the dish, and really seemed to work well with the beef. What other dishes can cardamom be used in? I know that it is used in dessert recipes, but I'm thinking more in terms of dinner entrees. [Go here to post a reply.]
