Interesting Dutch Oven Recipes?

(From Our Questions and Answers Feature)

I recently got an enameled dutch oven as a gift and have been putting it good use, making pierogies, potato chips, beef stroganoff, and fried chicken so far. I should probably get a book of recipes for it, but was just wondering if anyone has any favorite recipes using a dutch oven. [Go here to post a reply.]

The simplest cobbler recipe ever is made for dutch ovens.... altho I have used clay meat loaf pans lined w/ parchment paper, too.
Only 3 ingredients needed.
Pour into the bottom whatever fruit pie filling you want (I like a blueberry/raspberry/blackberry). Then pour a package of yellow cake mix on top (Just the dry ingredients, don't add anything from the directions). Top it with a can of Sprite. Don't stir, just put the lid on and put it into an oven at 400 for maybe 40 minutes, or the top is golden brown. You can also do a cherry pie filling, then chocolate cake mix and Coke cobbler.
