What Is Your Favorite Cut of Steak?

What type of steak do you prefer eating the most? Porterhouse? Rib Eye? Flat Iron? Sirloin? Filet Mignon? Or something else? I tend to order lean cuts of sirloin steak most often, though I'll go with filet mignon when I have a few extra bucks to spend. [Go here to post a reply.]
