What Boston-area restaurants or sub shops have good homemade meatballs? Do they use pork and beef to make them? Perhaps a little veal? Do they serve the meatballs as a side, in a sub, on a pizza, with a pasta dish? [Go here to post a reply.]

The meatballs that come with the spaghetti and meatballs at Grotto are really serious. I'm not sure what goes into them (definitely a mixture of meat products), but I do know what comes out of them: an overpowering satiety.
