Best Vietnamese Restaurant Outside of the Boston Area?

(From Our Questions and Answers Feature)

Are there any really good Vietnamese restaurants outside of the Boston area in New England? I really can't think of many Vietnamese places at all in Northern New England, and only a few in Southern New England, including Apsara in Providence, which is more of a mix of Asian cuisines. Was Pho Pasteur, changed name same location. I think it called after owner's name Le's next to Cheesecake Factory on Rte. 9, Chestnut Hill. Owner started this type of food in Boston several years ago, had approx. 6 places now down to 3--Allston, Cambridge, Chestnut Hill.
