Our Latest Restaurant Reviews

Here are some dining spots that we have featured lately...

Amber Road Cafe, Canton, MA
a breakfast and lunch spot in Canton Center that is slightly more "upscale" than your typical greasy spoon place.

Tu Y Yo, Somerville, MA
a Mexican eatery just north of busy Davis Square that features items made using recipes from long ago.

Kelleher's Bar and Grille, Roslindale, MA
a neighborhood joint near the Arnold Arboretum that has excellent steak tips and pizza.

Royal India Bistro, Lexington, MA
a comfortable spot hidden away on a side street that offers a variety of items from all over India.

We Are Now on Instagram

For those of you who have an iPhone, Instagram may be familiar to you. So what is Instagram? Basically, it is a photo-based site that, well, isn't exactly a site at all, as it is mainly accessed through phones rather than computers. Because of this, Instagram feels a bit like a private club, and it can be very addictive.

We joined Instagram this spring and now have a bit under 300 photos posted (and a bit more than 1,000 followers). If you would like to connect to our Instagram page, our user name is "hiddenboston." Hope to see you over there!

This Issue's Feature

Dive Bar Photo Gallery

We do a lot with photos on the Boston's Hidden Restaurants site, posting pictures of food, drinks, restaurants, and more. And now a new photo gallery has been posted, with this one focusing on dive bars in and around Boston.

The photos within the gallery show some of the at-times classic exteriors of various watering holes, with some admittedly being much less scary than they appear to be. We will be adding more every week or two, so expect this gallery to expand a bit more this summer!
