*****Beldon from Windsor, CT and Framingham, MA, says:
After almost 50 years in the same location (but recently with new owners), it is a local stand-by. Stand service with outdoor tables by the Farmington River for warm weather, indoor seating for the colder months.
Their shakes are very good - available in both "old-fashioned" style (just milk, ice cream, and flavors) and "extra thick" (more like modern fast-food places).
Good burgers, dogs, and fried seafood. Since the new owners took over it has benefited from merging with another great Windsor location "The Beanery Cafe" which adds great coffee and cafe snacks to the menu.
