Save your money and your health and drive on by. Not at all what it used to be, does not live up to its legend anymore, obviously not a priority for the current management

I don't understand all the raves for this place. The place is dirty looking and needs fresh paint and the food is blah at best. How long are they going to trade on their history?

I just enjoyed a famous Danny's hot dog a few days ago. The new self serve soda makes refilling simple especially after the tasty hot chili sauce! That's when I noticed the addition of a new flat screen playing some great old time flicks. I was shocked to see the original Hustler playing and caught a little bit of it while my food was freshly cooked to order. The staff was more then pleasant with a family feel. Looking forward to my next long dog with the works.

Quality of burgers has deteriorated - last burger meal I had was inedible.

I didn't find the building falling apart. It's old, but that's the charm isn't it? Food still great. Prices comparable to other roadfood stands.

I have been getting a Danny burger now for over 35 years. The food is always fresh and the help knows me. I love the fries! The ambiance is great. It's a true roadside drive-in.

The quality has fallen dramatically over the years and the building is falling apart. Way past its prime!

Danny's... once one of the best spots for burgers is now under different management and the quality has fallen. Small parking lot and no rest rooms make it difficult for families. Expensive beverages ... only one "large" size now. I noticed some families are bringing their own juice boxes... good idea. French fries are now frozen instead of hand cut. Burgers too greasy. Last time there I had a hot lobster roll for $12.95 that was not fresh. They also served the butter on the side rather than on the lobster. Disappointing all around.

I travel a lot for work and always try to eat local. Danny's was recommended. From the look when I pulled in I was skeptical, however - it was completely unfounded, as the food was great! The lobster roll was fab - No mayo, just loaded with lobster meat and a side of butter. The bleu burger was loaded with creamy sauce and crisp bacon - cooked perfect. Fries were perfect. For cheap eats and no frills outdoor dining this is the place to stop!

Old-time roadside brick cabin style takeout. Large outside eating car lot. Patio area in good weather. Great cheeseburgers and chili-dogs, long and short dogs and crispy crinkle-cut fries. Oldies music always playing on the outside speakers. A must try for the roadside junkie.
