Have eaten there three times since the new chef arrived. Food is consistently outstanding by any standards, it has a very nice ambiance and fine service. The the pricing is very reasonable considering the excellence of the food.

I am a resident of Brookline NH and wanted to let the online community know that Lucia's Tavola has reopened. Our supper club as a whole and as individuals have gone there several times since the reopening back in December and we all love Mark diCicco and Anne (the new chef/owner and his southern belle wife) and when asked what we could do to help them and thank them for being here in our neighborhood they asked us to pass the word. The word is "AMAZING", all of us agree the New Lucia's is even better than the old and is as good as anything you can overpay for in the North End.
The menu is much larger than before but still includes the fresh pasta and homemade desserts that we all loved in the past, but there is also seafood, steaks and chef specials. My last visit was last weekend, with my husband, I had the filet and scallops in a red wine so wonderful demi sauce (can't remember the name and much of the menu is in Italian). The steak and the really large scallops were cooked perfectly. My husband always orders chicken parmesan and finished every bite and then uninvited proceeded to help finish every bite of mine, then he cleaned both plates with the last of the homemade bread. We also enjoyed our new favorite fried olives for an appetizer and a wonderful Italian cream made wine and fresh berries for dessert.
To say we were pleasantly surprised....more like pleasantly shocked by the level of service and the new look of the dining room and waiting area would be more than an understatement. The new owner's commitment to service is apparent through the recruitment of their staff. Our first visit the server was someone we and some others in our group already knew and had enjoyed his excellent service and great personality for years at Michael Timothy in Nashua. The staff also includes members from Black Orchid Grill, Bedford Village Inn and French Bistro all places where our supper club has enjoyed dinners in the past.
The big cities have nothing on what is going on in Brookline NH. Tell your friends and support local business.

This is a great find. To have a place like this in our tiny town is amazing. I have been going there since it first opened and every experience has been an outstanding one. The food is authentic and always prepared to order. Lucia herself is no stranger to her guests and greets them at their table as often as she can. The veal parm is as good as can be found anywhere. It truly is a fine dining experience. See you there!

One of the best Italian Restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to dine at. As soon as you step in the door, your mouth starts to water! The scent of home hits you. Just like Mama's house.
Excellent waitstaff, makes you feel welcome and ensures that you are cared for.
Each bite of our meals was heavenly, cooked to perfection.
Lucia puts her homemade touch to each meal effortlessly! Delicious, yummy goodness!!
Make sure you leave room for a dessert!
This place is worth a visit and will bring you back many more times!

When my friend told me about this place I was very interested. Walking in it's a small room with a few tables and an open window to the kitchen. It's an intimate setting and very romantic. The cook/owner, Lucia is seen in the kitchen producing these amazing meals. She's very personable and friendly. The food is to die for. A definite gem that not many people know about.
