I tried this place when it first opened on a truck/van outside. I thought it was gross then and 2 years later tried it again after the restaurant was built. I should have known when there was only one car in the parking lot at 5:30 PM. I got a take out meal and was home before I saw what I had. I paid $15.00 of my hard earned money on 4 burned black ribs which were so dry and tough I couldn't eat them. I also had what was called "well over a pound of chicken" which was this little chicken leg that had been microwaved and had no taste of being BBQ'd. The skin was slimy and was inedible. The only smoke flavor came from the liquid smoke they put in their side of BBQ sauce. This time I WILL NEVER go back!

If I could give a negative star rating I would. We spent 40.00 on food at this place for a family of 3. The blackened steak special came with a twice baked potato and nothing else for 11.00. The steak tasted like it was steamed, the potato was overcooked and tasted like it only had chives, no butter, nothing. The beer was warm. The 1/4 pound hot dog seemed much less then that, the tomatoes on the chicken sandwich were green. The chicken sandwich itself was cold and dry on an extremely hard roll. The taste of the chicken was, well, unbearable. The side of BBQ sauce that did come was cold, fresh from the cooler. Worst 40.00 I have ever spent, waste of time and money. In times when money is hard to come by I have to wonder how this place stays open.

This was the most disappointing restaurant I have ever been to. We ordered the sampler platter. There was no bbq sauce on anything other than the chicken. The pulled pork and brisket were plain and all of the meat was obviously microwaved as the majority of it was still cold from the refrigerator. And we paid $20 for this. You couldn't pay me to go back to this restaurant.
