I think that Desfina in East Cambridge might have some kind of entertainment (perhaps live music?) on weekends. Other than that, I'm not too sure about any other Greek restaurants in the Boston area with music and dancing. Anyone else know of any?

YES! And this one is definitely hidden and brand spanking new. It's called the "Basha Cafe" and is hidden on New Street in Cambridge, an industrial area just inside the Fresh Pond Rotary at Sozio's. The menu is more Middle Eastern than strictly Greek, but the entertainment is awesome. Currently, Wednesday and Friday nights are Greek night. Wednesday nights with Charlie Makredes, Harry Bedrossian, and Charlie Dermenjian, and Fridays with The Kokoris Brothers. Saturday night is Arabic night.
Great place!
